Effective September 2, 2025 all students at Diamond Flight Centre will be charged an annual administration fee of $100 plus HST (the DFC website was updated in early August 2025 outlining this charge).

This fee helps cover the following student services:

Duty Instructor Coverage for Solo Sign Outs from 0700-1500 Local Time (7 days per week)
Documentation Requests (Accounting or CFI Related)
Solo Flight Sign Outs Outside Duty Instructor Hours
Informal Ground Briefings / Instructor Assistance
7 Days Per Week Reservation Services via bookings@dfclondon.com (you no longer have to ask dispatch or your instructor for reservation requests - all reservation requests will be answered within 24 hours)
Instructor Change Requests (Administration & Scheduling)
DFC London Student Portal - Updates & Future Improvements
Logbook & PTR Reconciliation for Transport Canada Applications

Please note that, going forward, any additional announcements of this nature will be sent via Email to all DFC students with a minimum 14 days notice provided (even though prices are subject to change at any time). These same updates being sent via Email will continue to be posted to the DFC student portal (as we have been doing since it came online).
